NREL

Norion Renewable Energy Limited (NREL) is a public limited company established pursuant to Royal Approval under the Desuung Skilling Programme (DSP), His Majesty’s Secretariat (HMS), following its transition from the DSP Solar Initiative (DSP-SI). The Company was duly incorporated under the Companies Act of Bhutan, 2016 on 09 March 2026. NREL serves as Bhutan's national platform for scaling solar energy development and strengthening domestic technical capacity through skilling of De-suups.
